Relaxing
Todays post is going to be about making sure that you have a bit you time. It can be so easy to do work and school and everything busy to not realise that you need a bit of time to yourself to think and relax. I am a massive stress-er and a panic-er and i get very over stressed. I suffer with panic attacks and anxiety so this can make it worse. In all of this is mind i love to try out new products and tell you what i think of them.
So i am going to tell you the ultiment pamper evenings and how to de-stress and relax.
1) The first step is to run a bath. A bath is the perfect place to start you pamper evenings!
2) The next step is to light a candle. This will set the atmosphere and if it is sented make everything smell lovely.
3) The next thing is to put in some bubble baths and a bath bomb. Unfortunately i have use them.
4) The next thing that you want to do if definitely wash your face. I have been using the Clearasil Daily Clear Skin Perfecting Wash, i have mentioned this is my Battle Of The Face Washes and Reviewing Face Washes. Ovousely you don't want to get into a bath with a face full of makeup on because the warm steam from the bath is perfect for opening and cleaning you pores.
5) The next thing that you may want to do is use a the Liz Earl Instant Boost Skin Tonic, and then use a cleanser by Good Things Creamy Cleanser. This will use further clean you skin.
6) Once you have washed your face you can then get into the bath and chill and think and relax!
Once you have chilled you can wash your body. I use the Body Shop Coconut Cream Shower Cream and then you can use a scrub i, use the Cyclax Nature Pure Apricot, even though it says facial scrub it make no different. Or i use the Coconut Body Scrub.
7) Next i usually wash my hair. So the moment i am using the Charles Worthington Volume and Bounce Shampoo And Condition
. Sorry i forgot to take a picture of this
8) Once out of the bath and my hair is washed and towl dry i put in this : KMS California Silk Sheen Leave In Conditioner. As you can see it is well loved and almost all gone!
I really hoped that this may have helped in anyway and that you will now take a bit of time to yourself for some proper pamper time!
Sorry that i have not posted enough i have just been so busy with everything. I will try to post a bit more!
